Teacher and Parent accounts are created and managed by the School Administrator. Users do not create these accounts independently.

Login credentials such as login ID and password are used to provide secure access to the appropriate account and features.

Depending on the features used by the school, the App may store the following information:

* Password or authentication-related information required to provide account access

**Student and Parent photographs are not stored by this App.**

The information stored in the App may be used to:

* Manage teacher and parent accounts

* Maintain fee and payment records
* Generate fee receipts and reports
* Display student information to authorized users

## 5. Data Storage

School Management uses Firebase services, including Firebase/Cloud Firestore where applicable, to store and manage school-related information.

Access to stored information is intended to be limited according to the user's role and permissions.

## 6. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information.

Information may be accessed by authorized school administrators, teachers, or parents according to their assigned access and the functionality of the App.

Information may also be processed by service providers used to operate the App, such as Firebase, where necessary to provide the App's services.

## 7. SMS, Phone and WhatsApp

The App may provide features that allow an authorized school user to contact a parent's registered mobile number through available phone, SMS, or WhatsApp functionality.

When these features are used, the communication is initiated by the user through the relevant device or third-party application.

The App does not control the privacy practices of third-party services such as WhatsApp, mobile network operators, or SMS applications.

## 8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect stored information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

School-related information may be retained for as long as it is required for legitimate school management, accounting, attendance, reporting, legal, or operational purposes.

When information is no longer required, the school administrator may remove it according to the App's available functionality and applicable requirements.

Because Teacher and Parent accounts are created and managed by the School Administrator, users who want their account or associated personal information deleted should contact the School Administrator or the privacy contact listed below.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, the applicable account and associated personal data will be reviewed and deleted where required and technically applicable, subject to legitimate legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements.

## 11. Children's Information

The App is designed for school management and may contain information about students who are minors.

Student information is provided and managed by authorized school personnel and is used for legitimate school-management purposes such as attendance, fees, academic administration, and parent communication.

## 12. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services required to operate its functionality, including Firebase services.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
